The repository "mediawiki/extensions/TranslationNotifcations" - notice the spelling - is useless and empty. When all repositories are cloned, this hinders the use of tab completion when i'm trying to get to the real repo - TranslationNotifications.

There's still not a clean way to delete repositories in gerrit. When we upgrade to 2.3, at least we'll be able to hide them. Setting the upgrade bug as a blocker.

Couldn't delete it, but I hid it. Nobody will see this except admins, so that's good enough for me :)
