SMW 1.7.1:

If user set a property which name is equal to name of any type name, such a property reported as special property, for example:

[[Page::Xxx]] [[String::qwerty]] {{#set:Number=123}}

Browsing page properties, all these properties are reported as special.

It is debatable if this is a bug, but current behaviour is intentional where a special property declaration takes precedence over an user defined declaration (if their share the same name) therefore I'd like to close this one.
