Scrolling the language list on iOS shows a visible white gap at the bottom and top of the screen

Apparently a known iOS webkit issue (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7808110/css3-property-webkit-overflow-scrollingtouch-error/7893031#7893031) that has been acknowledged by Apple. This was affecting the main view also in api-move, so fix has been applied in  710786af10f2b468250e90091e19567fe4907d2a
