Thanks for reporting.
I looked in to the Raviprakash font and the fonts released along with that from http://teluguvijayam.org/fonts.html
Correct me if I am wrong, these fonts are artisitc/calligraphic/ornamental style fonts. And for wikipedia what we need is Regular fonts. The purpose of the fonts are different.

So can you confirm whether my understanding is correct about the style of the font? If it is not regular font, I would like to know any sample use case where this font can fill the gap compared to the existing fonts for Telugu in WebFonts extension.

well, the andhra pradesh government recently joined the telugu unicode consortium,so I thought these are the first unicode telugu fonts to be released. I don't know much about the topic, so i can say anything more to the subject. If the fonts are helpful, use them.

There are many other Freely licensed unicode fonts for Telugu for a long time and they are present in the extension already.

Adding Veeven in cc, Let us see whether he can clarify.

The initial 3 fonts released are decorative and suit only to headings. Not ideal for regular text.

Lohit and Pothana are good enough on Wikipeidas for now.

We can revisit if any text fonts were released in future.

As pointed out in comments, this font is not suited for the requested purpose. Close as WONTFIX.
