Description Flávio J. Saraiva 2012-04-07 17:42:14 UTC
It's a real image, but imagemap errors with: (Image:M&BWFAS_Map.jpg)
* Error: image is invalid or non-existent

Using %26 instead of & gives the error: (Image:M%26BWFAS_Map.jpg)
* Error: must specify an image in the first line

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:MarkAHershberger/Bug35798 only shows "must specify an image..." for uri escaping %26. The other two uses worked.

I don't think we should really allow URI escaped names.

Reopen if you can provide an example of this not working.
Comment 3 Flávio J. Saraiva 2012-04-09 21:59:46 UTC
It appears the real problem was using an image where the dimensions were too big? No idea why, but it started working once I scaled it down to 3284px. http://mountandblade.wikia.com/wiki/Template:World_Map/With_Fire_%26_Sword
