I have a dynamic image "http://ddosigs.level3.turbine.com/0621900000009035d/010040200003000/signature.png" that is created by the forums of an MMO that I play, and I want to use it on my wiki as well. Only I want people to be able to click on it and have it dump them on my User page. $wgAllowExternalImages is enabled on my wiki.

Bugzilla isn't the place for support requests...

You can do this using external link syntax.
[http://placeToLinkTo.com http://externalImage/pict.jpg]
