It's now on bots-2 it needs to be moved to better one, I have no idea where the it is

when it was recently down that was related to other issues, like missing directory for writing cache, permisssions and then LDAP connection, but not the load on bots-2 itself, which was first suspected. Sure the other issues should be fixed, or party already are fixed now, but that would be the same on any instance. The other bots by Beetstra on bots-2 seemed ok.

there is instance bots-labs which was created for this purpose, it was decided by Ryan to move all labs bots to separate instance so that they are not affected by outages of regular user bots, it still needs to be moved

I'm fixing all of these issues in the package, then I'll move it to the new instance.
