When uploading a file that has been previously uploaded to a wiki, only warning message "This file was previously uploaded to this wiki." is displayed. There is no navigation or message anywhere that allows the user to do something about it (like ignore the warning, or choose a different file).

Sounds like this will be obviated by the solution to Bug 30625, since you won't be able to get far with a duplicate file. Marking as duplicate.
