Until https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/gitweb?p=mediawiki/core.git;a=commit;h=5d68836825a698328ba7adb377f58d078bc1cf27 the arrow was inside a link, but now it is a SPAN, so you need to set cursor: pointer explicitly in the CSS.
