To save history, saved pages, etc we need persistent data for the Windows Phone app.

Lawnchair's webkit-sql is unavailable obviously, and ie-userdata appears not to work. Using 'memory' for now which doesn't persist!

Not currently planning to continue PhoneGap work on Windows Phone. There are good 3rd-party apps, the mobile web site works, and we may or may not do something different in future.
