this what RobiH meant with "Make xml csv ssv mwiki for Largest"

--

replace the "largest_html.php" file with something that also replaces the former (now missing) largest_csv _ssv _xml and _wiki format output. these are currently broken links on the index page

Hi Daniel,

When are you going to add them?

Robert

Hi Daniel,

http://wikistats.wmflabs.org/largest_wiki.php?th=0&lines=200

worked fine one month ago, but now it produces 5000 entries without any line break.

Thx

Robert

And it won't output more than 5000 entries, either.
I suppose this bug is also for the other "wikifarms"? There are differences among them as regards supported features (like pagination, export format, possibility of increasing number of lines) which shouldn't be there if they shared some common code for displaying data.
Is there some way we can help with this?
Comment 5 Daniel Zahn 2014-09-13 21:42:00 UTC
so what is this bug exactly? that there is a missing line break? (yea, that seems to need an obvious fix) that it doesn't output more than 5000? (did it do that before? i doubt so). That other formats besides HTML are missing? (i would say that is resolved meanwhile because i see those links on the index page).

what do you mean? the "largest" list is already trying to include all lists and show the largest.. so there can only be one, right?

fixed that. there is a line break now and some of the links aren' as obviously broken anymore.

but yea, it will always still output 5000 lines

note to self: please commit that change

You filed it ;) , probably you were thinking of a rewrite to reduce code duplication or something.

Yes, works now. This can probably be closed (and the summary narrowed) unless you still have ideas for a rewrite.

> but yea, it will always still output 5000 lines

http://wikistats.wmflabs.org/api.php?action=dump&table=mediawikis&format=csv (uh! new shiny URL!) outputs a CSV with 14203 lines as of now, so the full export works there.
