Localisation update is not doing its work properly. Based on https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#change,6094,patchset=1 which contains change https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#patch,sidebyside,6094,1,languages/messages/MessagesJa.php with change details: -'right-reupload' => '存在するファイルの上書き', +'right-reupload' => '既存のファイルに上書き', I'd expect http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Right-reupload/ja to now contain the updated translation ("+"), but it contains the old translation ("-"). Roan, could you check if it's running okay after your change for access rights in shell was merged? It looks like it may not have run as you'd expected.
I checked today with a change I made about 26 hours ago for an extension [1] and a change that was also made around that time for core [4], and they are present in both 1.20wmf2 [2,5] and 1.20wmf3 [3,6] at this time. Strange that this was resolved without this issue being updated (?). Either way: Happy to see it resolved, sad it took this long.
