The error message is:

err: /Stage[main]/Mailman::Web-ui/File[/etc/lighttpd/htdigest]: Could not evaluate: Could not retrieve information from environment production source(s) puppet:///private/lighttpd/htdigest at /etc/puppet/manifests/mail.pp:310

Access to the private repo is never going to happen...

This is the labs private repo. I'm working on fixing access to this right now.
