severity: trivial / enhancement , but:

in Special:NovaRole, when adding members to a project role, in the "Add member" dialog, sort members alphabetically.

would make it easier to find the right user in large projects, like "bastion".

Fixed in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/104062/ -- merged but not yet deployed.
