I just successfully uploaded my first file bigger than 100MB with the chunked upload. However, I made a typo and entered a filename starting with a colon and resulting in a badfilename error. At this stage there is no way to go back and change the filename, so I had to upload the file again.
Alternatively to a back-button a (better?) check of the filename should be performed already when the name is entered in the previous form.

This sounds like it will be fixed by the solution to bug 32247, so I'm marking this as a duplicate.
