After signing an edit I realized I need to change my date preferences, I went to Special:Preferences, changed my preferences and saved them. But then I got lost.

A Return to *Page you were on* button would be nice there.

Also such a feature might be required for Watchlist Page,etc.

Not sure how this would work as you already get the"Return to Special:Preferences" link after making the change, so this would be several levels of going back? Why wouldn't the "Back" button of your browser work?

Andre: I don't remember now why the 'Back' button didn't work for me. I went to that workflow again now and think this is an invalid bug. You are right its several levels of going back; not possible.
