What it says. I set filters, I open up an article, I go back...filters have reset. Same if I F5.

The latter issue can be solved if the page is auto-updating, which I think people might loathe (and I'm not sure if it is).

This was a bit tricky to fix, but I think I've got it all working correctly in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/7354/.

Please let us know when you've pushed the code to prototype, so we can test it there.
