Sometimes, when you open an article from the list view, two things happen.

The first is the AFT4 box doesn't appear

The second is that the review button does not work.

I assume these things are linked but have no idea why.

I've tested this over and over and it doesn't *appear* to be a caching issue; you get the same squids both fucking up and displaying it correctly.

I have not been able to reproduce this bug either locally or on en.wiki. Can you provide steps to reproduce reliably or is it totally random?
Comment 3 Oliver Keyes 2012-05-11 13:41:29 UTC
Open 10, 15 random pages, or hit F5 on the same one. eventually you'll get to a loaded version where AFT4 doesn't appear - and if you then try clicking "mark as reviewed", nada. It happens seemingly randomly. ~~~~

I went to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islamic_Azad_University_of_Neyshabur and refreshed 25 times in Firefox. I was still unable to reproduce the bug. Could you try disabling all your scripts and gadgets and see if that has any effect?
Comment 5 Oliver Keyes 2012-05-11 19:29:01 UTC
I was doing it with my staff account; no gadgets or whatnot in effect, sirrah! Want me to screencast it?
Comment 6 Ryan Kaldari 2012-05-12 01:53:49 UTC
I guess so, I'm at a loss for how to proceed if I can't reproduce it :(

Also, if you open up the error console in Firefox, do you see any errors when this happens?

Tried some other tricks but still wasn't able to reproduce. I asked Benny to try and he wasn't able to either. I'm going to reduce the priority for now.
Comment 9 Oliver Keyes 2012-05-19 18:07:02 UTC
WSC has reproduced - see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:New_Pages_Feed#Niggles
Comment 10 Ryan Kaldari 2012-08-13 17:31:50 UTC
This might be fixed since the RL update. Can't replicate. Please refile if you see this again.
