"Welcome" page of the installer

The installer looks a little broken for the trained eye.

Many links are bright blue (probably from the browser default stylesheet) and sidebar links are underlined (contrary to Vector styles).

See also attached screenshot.

Also tested on since 1.19.0, broken there as well.
