Description Phil Chang 2012-05-09 20:53:15 UTC
The text on the screen that appears when type-ahead search suggestions are exhausted, meaning no results are appearing, needs updating. It currently says, "No search results." It should say instead: "No article titles match your search. Change your search, or press the Search button in the keyboard to do a broad search that includes the content of articles."

Refinements of this proposed text are welcome.
Comment 1 Phil Chang 2012-05-09 21:08:45 UTC
Text itself could be tappable to do the full-text search.
Comment 2 Tomasz Finc 2012-05-10 02:17:47 UTC
How about this shorter version

"No article titles match your search. Change your search, or press the keyboard Search button to search inside articles."
Comment 3 Jon 2012-05-14 17:56:18 UTC
Have we got agreement on this text?
Comment 4 Tomasz Finc 2012-05-14 18:00:14 UTC
Yeah, lets go with the one that i posted.
Comment 5 Jon 2012-05-14 18:19:57 UTC
Actually now I think about this the keyboard search button only applies to iphone - it is an enter button on other devices - this could be confusing for users of non-iphones...
Comment 6 Tomasz Finc 2012-05-14 20:55:50 UTC
That's why were calling it a keyboard search button as sometimes its 'search', magnifying glass, or something else altogether.
