This person just needed to clear his cookies (presumably they had at some point clicked the 'desktop view' link and had a destkop view cookie set).

Not sure about this one, but I replied to the thread on yahoo answers looking for more info. Probably either same as the above, or we're not properly detecting the UA for their model of iPod touch.

The problem was resolved and sounds cookie related

 "I actually fixed it by toggling images on/off. I can't remember exactly what order it was in but you can try it yourself. Thanks though"

I'm reopening this as this seems to be a big problem and accounts for the majority of our feedback from the contact us page on the mobile site.
