Video within <gallery> tag

When videos are in <gallery></gallery>, the play icon is off the video screen and the video does not play at all

Attached is what I get.

I cannot reproduce this in production, so maybe a regression in TMH? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:MarkAHershberger/Bug36738

Timed Media Handler isn't deployed in production, so that's not surprising that it doesn't reproduce there.
