The countries drop-down in Special:BannerAllocation is probably ordered by English name or country code. It should be ordered by the country name in the user's language, otherwise it's very hard to find the right country if the interface is not English.

The country names are always in English--that should be fixed as well?

psyke.  I see, once [[Extension:cldr]] is enabled, we have the problem Aharoni describes.
