Some apaches instances have been manually set up before May 2012. They have been supersedes by deployment-apachesXX instances which are fully installed through puppet (class apache::service). The old apaches have been removed from deployment-squid:/etc/squid/squid.conf This bug is about deleting the old instances: deployment-web deployment-webs1 deployment-web3 deployment-web4 deployment-web5
I would prefer to put them out of squid for a week, once we can check that new instances work, we can shot them
You sure they aren't being used? web is loaded a lot right now
I have removed the instances from squid last week. Lets wait a bit more. What was running on deployment-web ? It is for sure out of squid rotation since last week and currently has zero usage.
Will delete them next week.
Assigning bug to self since I am going to do the deletion.
deleted deployment-web{,3,4,5} Need to find out what deployment-webs1 is for. I think I recall it was some kind of HTTPS experiment.
deployment-webs1 was for some HTTPS experimentation. Petr confirmed it was not really needed as is. So this bug is fixed ;-)
