nous avons installé le wiki de notre association et malheureusement nous n'arrivons pas à créer un compte il nous affiche un lien qui vrai semblablement ne m'aide pas du tout je viens vers vous en espérant avoir une solution merci

PS: le site est disponible sur http://wiki.scoutes.fr

The given error is:

Error: 1054 Unknown column 'user_options' in 'field list' (db379193639.db.1and1.com)

The user_options column is not present in the latest MediaWiki version, so it's normal it doesn't appear on the db. I don't know why it would be trying to add it.
It's like if you had old MediaWiki code with newer database format. But you report it's just installed.

What MediaWiki version are you using?

Looks like the issue has been solved, the user wiki shows version 1.19.0 http://wiki.scoutes.fr/index.php?title=Special:Version
