Navigate to http://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:MobileFeedback&returnto=Main+Page and attempt to change the language (currently this is via clicking the W icon and in the beta via clicking the action button on the right)

Currently only English is available as a language choice

Expected:
All languages should be available

I've actually removed language selector from special pages in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/9609/ before seeing this bug. Special pages have no interwiki links so this selector doesn't make any sense.
