Please give meta admins the ability to self-grant themselves the translationadmin status per http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Meta:Translation_administrators.

Additionally, per the same pages; bureaucrats should be able to remove the translationadmin status.

The talk page has the discussion, to be clear the changes are

Meta admins can add and remove themselves from the translation administrator user group.

Crats will be able to remove this right from *any* user.
