Could someone please add a "Portal" and a "Razgovor o portalu" (en: Portal talk) namespace on bs.wiki?
There wasn't enough people involved in this vote at all. Please reopen this bug when the community clearly supports this change.
The community on bs.wp isn't big (~5 people active), so 5 votes is enough. Is there any possibility that this goes through, even if few people have been involved in this? Or what should we do? (Maybe you havn't seen the vote, check the URL)
Special:ActiveUsers makes it seem quite a bit more active than just 5 people...
Yes your right it looks like that bs.wp is a big community if you just look at Special:ActiveUsers... But please Krenair, both me and you know that we can't believe that this list is 100% correct. Please remove all bots, users from the Small Wiki Monitoring Team, users from other wikis that is only there to add iw etc. etc. Maybe if you only count users with more than 10 edits this month you will get the right amount of active members. I got it to 9 active people, I apologize for the statement above :). So please add a portal namespace and respect this decision on bs.wp, even if few people have been involved. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes if you include users from sr.wp, hr.wp, bg.wp, xx.wp... + new users, according to bs.wp policy users need at least 150 edits or 50 edits in 3 months to participate in a voting. It seems that this discussion will never end, it's difficult to convince you. If you don't believe me then please tell me what to do. I'm wasting your time and you mine. If you want a new vote then how many votes does it need?
usually a vote with 10-15 people is sufficient.
I've reopened the vote, more than 10 people have voted. I believe there is no more obstacles, or?

Something is wrong with the talk-namespace. "Razgovor o portalu" seems to be a normal namespace like "Wikipedia" or "User" and not a talk-namespace. Can someone please fix the problem???

Everything is fine if I go to create it with the "Portal talk" alias - e.g. [[bs:Portal talk:Islam]]. I've tested this locally and it seems that this is because I used spaces instead of underscores. Gerrit change #18124 has been created to fix this.
I really hope this will solve the problem but why does it take so long to review the code? Is there anything I can do to speed up the code-review?

Seems to be working fine now. Had a slight WTF moment where /wiki/ was showing it correctly and /w/index.php not, but refreshing fixed that.
