G'day:

Having tried to access <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:TranslatorSignup> I got the usual "Our servers are currently experiencing a technical problem. This is probably temporary and should be fixed soon. Please try again in a few minutes."

The error code is:

PHP fatal error in /usr/local/apache/common-local/php-1.20wmf4/extensions/TranslationNotifications/SpecialTranslatorSignup.php line 180:
Call to a member function siteFromDB() on a non-object

Fixed temporarily, but above patch should be reviewed and merged to 1.20wmf4 branch.

Is there a list of translators who have signed up anywhere? - I've not found any and I think it'd be good to have one so translationadmins could check from time to time.

Is the notification system fully working at meta atm? If so, which is the user account tasked with delivering the messages?
