Wikipedia Zero banners are not appearing for Grameenphone Bangladesh users

Waiting to see results from carrier test at http://mobile-testing.wmflabs.org/carrier-test/?cid=1009.

This is probably an issue with the, "X-Forwarded-For" (XFF) HTTP header field and Opera Mobile.
