According to <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Version>, the CongressLookup extension (<https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:CongressLookup>) is currently installed. It's no longer needed, as far as I know, and can safely be uninstalled. God willing it won't ever be needed again.

Adding 'ops' keyword, as there are tables to delete.

Change has been successfully merged into the git repository and then deployed.
