Repro:

1. Go to Gerrit change #7376
2. Choose "Patch Set 8" in "Old Version History"
3. Click "Depends On: Ibcb23c81" above
4. In Gerrit change #10432 it opens, "Old Version History" dropdown is showing nothing, and patchset 1 in Gerrit change #10432 is showing a reverse diff of patchset 8 in Gerrit change #7376

This is fixed in the 2.4 release, so will be resolved on upgrade. Adding the dependency.

Well, the fixed similar things in 2.4, so maybe we'll get lucky and this is fixed too :)
