Gerrit 2.4 has a couple of serious regressions. Release notes are being drafted for a 2.4.1 release, at which point we can look at upgrading. The big feature that's cool is a built-in rebase button, which should greatly ease the workload when doing non-conflicting rebases. Couple of reported issues (see dependencies) will be fixed as well. Tweaking summary, 2.4.2 was released due to a security issue.
Finished this with Ryan. 2.4.2 is now live on gerrit.wm.o. I'll take a pass at the dependencies and other +upstream issues tomorrow and see which ones we've fixed (unless someone's feeling bored and wants to help :)
I have closed RT ticket 3132.
