Repro Steps :- -> Log in wikimedia -> Select any article & Choose the Edit options. -> click on Link options from toolbar -> Enter Target address e.G "Google.com" -> Type Large text in ALT text for Hyeperlink E.g "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" click on Preview button and observe preview of article
From summary: While inputting large characters as the "ALT" Text for Link, media wiki preview page extends into left side more than accepted and wrong alignment of Link is observed ! There should be text limit.

I've tried to reproduce on test2.wp, but even with a large zoom in the browser I consider words with so many characters that they extend the screen on the right highly unlikely too exist.
