After feedback is input and Post Your Feedback is clicked, the confirmation screen that follows has text 'See All Comments' on the button is invisible. Only the arrow is visible to view feedback list.

This is very likely a duplicate of bug 41653 if it's Monobook.

It was no duplicate of that specific bug, but I remember having fixed this several months ago.
This occurred for a short period of time and only happened when the AFTv5 shown was displayed as modal box on top of an article - as you can also (barely) see on the screenshot. This functionality has even been deleted since (form is only available at the bottom of the page), so it's definitely no longer an issue :)
