With JavaScript enabled, Improve this page pop up is not displayed to add feedback for three pages below.  There was no input box 'Help Improve this Article'  available either at the bottom of the page below External Links to add feedback.

The pop-up form has been removed for awhile, so this is no longer relevant :)
