Description Sam Reed (reedy) 2012-06-14 16:05:51 UTC
When it's not got any content, Special:Articles should have some text saying something relevant, rather than just a blank special page

Under what conditions does this page display content? There's at least one class with one student who has made edits to an assigned article right now on test2. But it still does not show anything.
