The curation toolbar flyouts always expand to the left. This somewhat defeats the point of having a toolbar that can be moved around, since a logical place to want to move it is the left side of the screen. But after doing so you can no longer use the flyouts, as they expand off screen.

Looks like we need to add some fancy logic to mw.pageTriage.ToolView.show().
