Hi,

Thank you for your care about the uz.wikipedia interface and to relay requests from your wiki to Bugzilla.

Did you know currently you can edit [[File:Wiki.png]] on uz.wikipeida to edit the logo locally?

If this is not a solution for you or if you still prefer to use a specific file on Commons, I would be glad to change the config file.

I also have to point we need a local consensus first before applying the change.

Yes, I copied Wiki.png to the Commons actually.
Local consensus is to delete uz.wiki images and use only from the Commons.

Meanwhile, could you add a link to the local consensus URL in the URL bug field?

Done. We've discussed it (using commons only) yesterday, on skype conference with uzWiki users. I just recreated the topic at local village pump.

The file at http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wikipedia-logo-v2-uz.png needs to be protected first!

Dereckson has already protected the page so only commons sysops can edit/move/upload there:

Good, but I meant how to change https://uz.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Upload page so it would allow only admins to upload files?
