unable to login to labs, guess this is problem for all users

I am talking about bastion host, being logged in doesn't let me ssh to any instance. I can't open new connection to bastion

I added an LDAP secondary to the ldap configuration on instances, which triggered an nslcd restart. This caused nscd to have issues on some instances. I've run an nscd restart on all instances. this should be fixed.
