Their shown inline while they should be shown alongside the main article

The problem seems to be due to a table that is wider than the screen, which causes subsequent text to not be visible when the section including the table is closed.

When the section is opened, the subsequent sections are the width of the table in the previous section.

The problem was a table that was not closed and thus included all content below it, including H2's.

The non-mobile content had the same issue, it was just less visible. Fixed with https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Ontario&diff=500177475&oldid=499505479
