The Serbian wikisource went through a proposal to create a "Додатак"
namespace, just like the "Dodatak" namespace listed at
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12344 for hr wikipedia. The name of the talk namespace would be "Разговор о додатку". The proposal was accepted, and the link for the discussion is http://sr.wikisource.org/wiki/%D0%92%D0%B8%D0%BA%D0%B8%D0%B7%D0%B2%D0%BE%D1%80%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%BA:%D0%93%D0%BB%D0%B0%D1%81%D0%B0%D1%9A%D0%B5/%D0%9D%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%B8_%D0%B8%D0%BC%D0%B5%D0%BD%D1%81%D0%BA%D0%B8_%D0%BF%D1%80%D0%BE%D1%81%D1%82%D0%BE%D1%80
