Make usage of CLDR extension to show the local language names, either in brackts ( like in https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spezial:Liste_der_Wikimedia-Wikis ) or as tooltip.

FYI, you can just use the parameter to specify in which language to localise the names: Language::fetchLanguageNames( $inLanguage )
