Description Daniel Kinzler 2012-06-21 10:52:13 UTC
The edit action, triggered by action=edit, needs to be handled nicely - probably by simply redirecting to the normal item view.

The MediaWiki UI generates edit links in all kinds of places - as part of listings like recentchanges, from redlinks in wikitext, etc. We will not be able to supress or replace them everywhere. So we should handle them in a nicer way than saying "oops, you can't".
