Scenario: 1. Log in with at least editor permissions 2. New feedback post 3. Open the feedback page for the article 4. Perform an action of the new post result: the "view activity" link is still disabled, although the action is logged and appears in the activity log once you reload the page expected: "view activity link" becomes active, can view the log without refreshing the page
is this on a mobile device? what wiki was it? which page did you try?
I can confirm this on test.wikipedia.org after adding a very first feedback of mine.
Although not the original issue (which had definitely been fixed with new UI), a recent commit has fixed a related problem that caused view activity not to open after having added a note: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/58085/ All should be fine now though.
