Currently when someone visits <http://shop.wikimedia.org/>, there is a(n) horribly annoying "Pick a currency" input that appears in the center of the page. It's pretty awful on the main page, but at least on the main page the input has direct applicability to the page content (items for sale that list their price). However apparently this "pick a currency" input is global throughout the site. That is, it appears on every page, including pages as such <http://shop.wikimedia.org/pages/contact-us>. This is simply wrong.
We can certainly only put it on product pages but I'm going to try and adjust it to a smaller spot on the sidebar as well. Will work on this in the morning.
Resolving as fixed for now. The sidebar location just wasn't working very well but I've adjusted it to close to the top and much smaller. It also only appears on pages with product right now.
