Looking at the project stickers and project buttons currently sold at shop.wikimedia.org (<http://shop.wikimedia.org/products/wikimedia-project-buttons> and <http://shop.wikimedia.org/products/wikimedia-project-stickers-pack-of-12>), the Wikipedia globe logo (arguably one of the most recognizable logos in the world) is missing! It's been inexplicably replaced with a giant black W, which is not the logo for any Wikimedia wiki. A layout of the twelve available icons can currently be found here: <http://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0063/4542/products/allstickers_i0219wikistickers_grande.jpg>. It's easy to spot the image that's unlike all the others.
Aye, this was an oversight that was not exactly as planned when the order was made. The W was supposed to be for lapel pins that were being made because we already had a globe lapel pin. Because the buttons and stickers were being made at the same time they all used the same logo despite not having that issue. To balance it out for now I'm including globe buttons and stickers with all of the orders anyway, we should probably make that clearer on the pages themselves. 2 Globe stickers actually come with every order. I'm reordering the button packs now actually and those will include globe buttons (and that will be what we have at Wikimania).
