Screenshot of iPad simulator

The toolbar is slightly mispositioned on iPad, tested in iPad simulator on Mac OS X as my iPad isn't handy.

Seems to be slightly up and to the left of where it should be. Screenshot attached.

Also doesn't seem to follow viewport properly....

At some point in my testing the toolbar switched to fixed-position following the viewport, but it won't re-dock when scrolling to the top of the page.

In the following commit, toolbar detaching mechanism has been disabled on mobile devices. Floating logic has been improved with boundaries and a bottom position.

There is talk of creating a mobile friendly toolbar but that is a potential feature request that has yet to be designed.
