The unnormalized target is needed by the VE and likely other users. Right now it is only stored in data-mw.sHref, which is private to Parsoid. Add a public attribute with the same information, ideally as an RDFa attribute.

We decided that displaying a normalized version (minus the underscores) in the editor is acceptable as long as we round-trip the unnormalized version if it is not changed. So this is no longer needed really.
