The 'deleterevision' permission allows [deleting revisions => hiding username, summary and/or content] and it also allows to do the same with log entries.
Some system administrators don't want to grant their administrators permission to mask log entries and that's why they often don't grant 'deleterevision' permission (so administrators have to delete and undelete a page to remove a revision).

Therefore, please split 'deleterevision' feature into:
- deleterevision: for page revisions only
- suppresslogentry: for log entries only
